Have you ever heard the saying β€˜The more you learn, the less you know’. It’s a humbling thought but it’s probably the coolest thing about this crazy little world of ours. Potential is everywhere. So stoked to be spending the next few months studying to become a Master Trainer with the @ausinstfitness . I love learning... especially something I’m crazy passionate about like fitness. Although this point in the course recaps what I’ve studied in the past, I’ve been learning something new everyday from the incredible coaches. They all specialise in different areas and it’s awesome to hear what they bring to the table.

I still remember about 5 years ago my goal was to do 3 in a row on my weak little runner arms πŸ¦– I’m STILL working on perfecting my form and I will always have something to improve on but that’s why I love training πŸ’ƒπŸ» The prospects are never ending πŸ™ŒπŸ» Anyway...
