When your client gets the cover of @Shape it’s a BIG DEAL! ❤️Now let me tell you a few reasons why I absolutely LOVE @mindykaling on the cover of Shape! ❤️1) matters! When I was growing up there were NEVER and I mean never women of color on the cover of @Shape & there is a little Indian girl or brown skin girl that will see this cover & it will confirm to her that she is beautiful & that she can also achieve all of her dreams & goals. ❤️I actually think this is the very first time an Indian Woman has graced the cover of @Shape but correct me if I’m wrong.😊❤️ ❤️2) I love that @Shape and @Mindy did her cover in a beautiful gown instead of in a bikini 👙& not because there is anything wrong with women in bikinis because that’s ok too but because it is saying you can be in shape & you don’t have to be half naked. ❤️3) : Most cover models for fitness magazines are long lean model body types and Mindy is more voluptuous and an body type & too often health & fitness magazines show only or body types through the pages of their magazines. When there are beautiful in shape & healthy women of all three body types. ❤️4) I am very happy that @Shape and @Mindy focused on other areas of Mindy’s life as a and her incredible Career & not just the physical because Health is about being healthy in Mind, Body & Spirit and it is much more than just a workout! But the workouts are important so get it in! 💪😊💦 Congrats @Shape and @mindykaling I see you moving the fitness industry in a positive & healthy direction with this awesome issue & I can’t wait to get mine! ❤️😊💪
