Volcanic eruptions on Kilauea continue to scorch the Big Island. A third lava flow from the Kilauea volcano streamed into the ocean on Thursday, as U.S. Marine Corps helicopters stood by to evacuate a Big Island community. Here are a few of the dramatic scenes unfolding in Hawaii.

Trump can't block Twitter followers, a federal judge ruled. The ruling said that Trump is violating the U.S. Constitution by preventing certain Americans from viewing his tweets on @realDonaldTrump. The social media platform, Buchwald said, is a "designated public forum" from which Trump cannot exclude individual plaintiffs. The president is an avid Twitter user and routinely makes news, often several times in a single day, with his posts.

SpaceX has upended the rocket industry, making founder Elon Musk the world's most ambitious and disruptive space pioneer. The $28 billion juggernaut has seamlessly completed an array of milestones right before our eyes. The space company became the first in history to launch a resupply mission to the International Space Station on a reused rocket. It also launched the most powerful commercial rocket in the world – the Falcon Heavy. But Musk is far from done.
