Wenn mich mal die Lust auf etwas Süßes packt, dann fehlt es mir schwer dem zu widerstehen 😂 dafür habe ich aber meine Liebe @marias.healthytreats , die Rezepte zu gesunden Alternativen zaubert (großes Danke 🙏🏼♥️) Diesmal gab es bei mir die (ideal wenn man nicht mehr so viele Kohlenhydrate zur Verfügung hat 😂) und was soll ich sagen, die waren einfach nur TRAUMHAFT!! 😱😍 . . #recipe

Buenos días!! ☀️ Por fin es viernes y, después de una semanita dura, nos merecemos algo especial 😁. Os proponemos para hoy una de esas recetas que nos hace caer la baba 🤤De la mano de @almufoodie aquí te traemos 👉🏽LA GALLETA 😋. . MAXI COOKIE 🍪 . INGREDIENTES ⁉️ . 🔸50 gr almendras picadas. 🔸50 gr harina integral avena. 🔸20 gr proteína vegana sabor vainilla. 🔸1 huevo ecológico + 1 yema. 🔸10 gotas estevia líquida. 🔸1 c.s xilitol. 🔸2 c.s nutella casera. 🔸1 cucharadita cacao puro polvo. 🔸1 cucharadita levadura en polvo. 🔸chips de cacao. . CÓMO LA HAGO ⁉️ . 1️⃣ Mezclar en un bowl todos los ingredientes secos (excepto el cacao puro en polvo). 2️⃣ Añadir el huevo, la yema, y la estevia. 3️⃣ Mezclar todo muy bien y separar la mitad de la mezcla en otro recipiente. 4️⃣ Añadir a una de las mitades el cacao en polvo. 5️⃣ Untar recipiente de barro con aceite de coco y verter la mezcla chocolateada. 6️⃣ Añadir la Nutella casera y cubrir con la otra mitad de la masa sin chocolatera. 7️⃣ Añadir por encima las chips de cacao. 8️⃣ Hornear alrededor de 5-7’ a 150°. . You try to make these soft and fluffy Lemon Ricotta Pancakes! 🥞🍋 Drop into to grab everything you need to make this for this weekend! #Recipe: Ingredients: 2 cups all-purpose flour 1/4 cup granulated sugar 1 and 1/2 teaspoons baking soda 3/4 teaspoon baking powder 3/4 teaspoon salt 2 large eggs, at room temperature 1 and 1/2 cups whole milk 1 cup full-fat ricotta cheese 1 and 1/2 teaspoons pure vanilla extract 1/4 cup fresh lemon juice 2 teaspoon lemon zest Maple syrup or fresh whipped cream, for serving Instructions: In a large bowl add the flour, sugar, baking soda, baking powder, and salt; whisk well to combine. In a separate bowl add the eggs and lightly beat them with a whisk. Add in the milk, ricotta, and vanilla and beat until well combined. Stir this wet mixture into the dry ingredients, stirring just until everything is combined. Quickly fold in the lemon juice and zest, stirring until evenly combined. Be careful not to over mix the batter. Pour batter by 1/3 cupfuls onto a buttered hot pan or griddle, adding only a few at a time so that they do not blend together. Cook for about 3 minutes before flipping them over, or until small bubbles form on top. Cook on the second side until golden brown, about 1-2 minutes. Repeat with all pancake batter. Serve pancakes warm, with syrup or whipped cream. See notes for freezing options.
